Woosong Language Institute

Welcome to Woosong Language Institute (WLI) in Daejeon, South Korea! Established in 1987 as part of the nonprofit Woosong Educational Foundation, WLI has taught English to hundreds of thousands of undergraduate/graduate students and business/community members. WLI maintains one of the largest staffs of native-speaker teachers (70+) among Korean institutions and thus serves as one of the most influential English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL) facilities in the country.

WLI provides a wide range of English language instructional services to not only Woosong University and Woosong Technical/Information Colleges, but also to Korean government agencies, research facilities and other organizations. School classes follow the semester system; private or "hagwon" classes are conducted year-round. We hope you'll consider joining our team of proud professionals!
